Of Soda, Books, and Starstuff

I love to read. I take the quote “Do not read, as children do, to amuse yourself, or like the ambitious, for the purpose of instruction. No, read in order to live", by Gustave Flaubert very much to heart. I'm a multi-fandom girl.

I normally don't care about spoilers. In fact, I spoiled myself for the third ASOIAF book and the final Harry Potter book..

But lately I’ve been shying away from them for series that I really love, like Sandman. I know it’s a series as old as I am now, but I'm experiencing it for the first time, volume by volume, and the thought of spoiling it makes me really sad.

My most recent bookhaul. :D

I found the tenth volume of Sandman at the local used bookstore for really cheap, I had some store credit and snagged it.

In my life it's mandatory.

Ditto.

Nabbed from /r/books. I'm sure many of us suffer from this ailment. <3

I finally replaced my chewed up copy of American Gods. :D
